Our mobile friendly Customer Portal is available for all end-users to manage and make changes to their settings. Equipped with multiple security levels, an end-user can look at call logs, forward their extension, manage voicemail settings, multi-follow, among other features. A manager can perform those changes on behalf of any user. Using the same portal, a user with admin permissions can make changes to the PBX Management area, an area that managers call flow, DID’s, auto-attendants, time conditions among other items.
You must have an available free DID in order to use this service, otherwise the cost of the DID is $4.99 per month.
