Brian Malewicz, President

Brian is one of GreenLink’s co-founders and serves as President.  Prior to GreenLink Networks, Brian co-founded Traffic.com, Inc., a leading provider of traffic information services.  Traffic.com was acquired by NAVTEQ Corporation for $180 million in March 2007.  While at Traffic.com, Brian established Traffic.com’s television group and built the group’s products, team and operating strategy. The television group became Traffic.com’s most successful business unit and now provides traffic information services to over 70 television stations in 34 markets. Brian also acquires middle-market companies through his investment firm DBI Capital LLC.  Mr. Malewicz is a graduate of University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business.

Paul Thiry, Chief Operating Officer

Paul oversees the development and maintenance of the ViewLink Program.  Prior to GreenLink, Paul held various operating roles at Traffic.com including overseeing the company’s media fulfillment group that was responsible for processing, fulfilling and billing all radio, television and Internet sales orders.  In addition, Paul was responsible for media affiliation strategy and the company’s relationships with over 400 radio stations and 70 broadcast television stations.  While at Traffic.com, Paul developed, tested and implemented a media trafficking application that replaced the legacy software allowing for increased capacity, reporting and automation for the fulfillment group.  He also held positions as Director, Business Development and Manager, Product Marketing.  Prior to Traffic.com, Paul served as a nuclear-trained submarine officer in the U.S. Navy.  He holds a B.S. in engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy and is a qualified Engineer, Nuclear Operations.

David L. Jannetta, Senior Vice President

Dave is one of GreenLink’s co-founders and serves as Senior Vice President of Business Development.  Prior to co-founding GreenLink, Dave co-founded and was President of Traffic.com and was instrumental at building and overseeing Traffic.com’s growth from a concept to its current position as a leading provider of traffic information services.  In January 2006, Traffic.com successfully completed a $78 million initial public offering, and in March 2007 Traffic.com was purchased by NAVTEQ Corporation for $180 million.  Prior to Traffic.com, Dave was a principal of The Jannetta Company, a consultant group and developer of government and private sector projects. He also served as Secretary of General Services for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania with responsibilities in construction, central purchasing, real estate and maintenance programs. Dave holds a B.S. in engineering from the U.S. Air Force Academy, an M.A.P. in Public Administration from Webster College, and an M.S. in Operations Management from the University of Arkansas.

Jonathan Agree, Vice President Affiliations and Program Management

Jonathan oversees the management and operations of GreenLink's communities.  Jonathan brings 21 years of local television production, sales, and affiliation-related experience to the GreenLink team. In 2001, Mr. Agree joined Traffic.com’s television division and was responsible for product development and customer affiliations, including the first of its kind fully outsourced local morning news broadcast at WPSG-TV (CBS) in Philadelphia, the first 3D automated traffic graphics system and the first of its kind 24-hour digital traffic channel on KTNV-TV (Journal Broadcasting) in Las Vegas. Over the 5+ years while at Traffic.com, Jonathan grew the television division customer base from 3 stations to 70. Jonathan holds three (3) patents, File No.:7,116,326 Method of Displaying Traffic Flow Data Representing Traffic Conditions, awarded on October 3, 2006, File No.:7,535,470, Article of Manufacture for Displaying Traffic Flow Data Representing Traffic Conditions, awarded on May 19, 2009 and File No.:7,634,352 Method of Displaying Traffic Flow Conditions Using a 3D System, awarded on December 15, 2009. Furthermore, Jonathan has an additional 4 patents pending associated with television technology products. Prior to Traffic.com, Jonathan spent his first 11 years in local sports production for Philadelphia's major sports teams, where he won 5 Mid-Atlantic Emmy Awards as well as an AP Award. Jonathan is a graduate of Temple University.

Kimberly Cook, Vice President of National Sales

Kimberly runs the national sales division for GLN. She brings over 15 years in media sales experience. Kimberly also has a background in politics and chartable fundraising. In 1999 she joined traffic.com in the sales division championing the multiplatform business model of radio, television and online. As a top producer, Kimberly was able to help grow the sales division to a 45 million dollar organization in a short period of time. After the sale of traffic.com to Navteq and subsequently Nokia, she also has extensive experience in location based and mobile advertising. Kimberly holds a B.S. from Michigan State University

Seth Parks, Vice President of Local Sales

Seth serves as Vice President of Local Sales and is responsible for formulating and executing GreenLink’s local sales strategy. Prior to GreenLink, Mr. Parks worked with Mr. Malewicz at DBI Capital LLC and was responsible for sourcing and structuring investments in middle-market companies. While at DBI, Seth worked closely with NVUS Productions, Pro-Motion Distributing and Turbo International, focusing on online product distribution strategies, overseas product sourcing, management recruiting and training. Previously, he co-founded the Strategyst Group, a business consultancy where he undertook strategic planning, marketing and capital formation activities. Mr. Parks currently serves on the boards of three companies, holds a B.S. in Political Science from Santa Clara University and an M.B.A. from George Washington University.
