Michael D. Burns, Advisor

Mr. Burns is advising GreenLink in its overall strategic development and capital formation strategy.  Mike brings extensive experience as a venture capital entrepreneur, operator and investor to his role as advisor to GreenLink Networks.  Mike is currently a Managing Director at Guggenheim Venture Partners and has over 12 years experience in technology investing and management.  Prior to Guggenheim, Mike was a Managing Director at TL Ventures.  Before TL Ventures, he was a founder and the Director of Business Development at Agere which developed high-speed, multi-protocol network processors.  Agere was sold to Lucent Technologies for a total consideration of nearly $500 million.  Prior to Agere he was co-founder and COO of Traffic.com.  Traffic.com was acquired by NAVTEQ Corporation for $180 million in March 2007.  Mike graduated Magna cum Laude from the University of Pennsylvania's Jerome Fisher Program in Management and Technology.  He has a B.S. in Finance from the Wharton School as well as B.S.E. and M.S.E. degrees in Electrical Engineering from the Moore School.

Chris Rothey, Advisor

Mr. Chris Rothey is advising GreenLink in its development of a wireless and location based services strategy and product offering.  Chris is Vice President of Connected Markets at NAVTEQ, the world’s leading provider of digital maps. In this role, Chris is responsible for expanding NAVTEQ’s data services and interactive content solutions, while implementing flexible business models for cross-platform advertising.  As a result, Chris manages all business development, product management, and product marketing for the dynamic content and solutions NAVTEQ provides to its customers.

While at Traffic.com, Chris helped to create the original business plan, worked in the design of many of its products and services and for the three and a half years before Traffic.com was acquired by NAVTEQ, he served as its Chief Operationing Officer.  In that role, Chris was instrumental in completing rounds of financing, taking the company public on the NASDAQ, and eventually its sale to NAVTEQ.

Chris served for five years in the United States Navy as a nuclear-trained submarine officer.  He holds a M.Sc and B.Sc in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, as well as a B.Sc in Finance from the Wharton School.

Alan Goldstein, Advisor

Mr. Alan Goldstein is advising GreenLink in developing and implementing its loyalty marketing services strategy.  Alan brings over 20 years of experience managing and developing technology and loyalty marketing companies.  In his current role as Director of Partnership Marketing for Maritz Loyalty Marketing, Alan oversees the management and sales efforts related to Maritz Partnership Marketing solutions. He also is the first named inventor for US Patent Pending 12/058,945 Merchant Funded Rewards Network Implementing Cardholder Loyalty Rebate.

Prior to joining Maritz, Alan was the chief operating officer and senior vice president of business development at Vesdia Corporation where he offered loyalty solutions for CitiBank, MBNA and MasterCard.  In addition, Alan has created merchant networks in the retail and hospitality sectors with businesses such as Williams-Sonoma, Pottery Barn, Eddie Bauer, Restoration Hardware, and Marriott Hotels.
